The Tokyo Metropolitan Government held a training program on Urban Planning with Strong Resistance to Earthquakes. Information and know-how on urban development projects for disaster-reduction and earthquake-resistant building were shared and discussions were held for the purpose of enhancing the policy formulating ability relating to earthquake measures in each city.
