The Tokyo Fire Department (TFD) Fire Rescue Task Forces will give training on rescue techniques. In order to deepen understanding among the trainees of each topic, participants will receive lectures and visit fire stations, the Fire Academy and other facilities.
Course subjects:
Safety management, fire rescue training, traffic incident rescue training, gas incident countermeasures, electrical incident countermeasures, NBC (Nuclear, Biological and Chemical) incident countermeasures, crossing/descending/climbing techniques, various rescue methods, elevator incidents, train incidents, firefighting in fire resistive buildings, operations using rescue trucks and aerial ladders, etc.
